The CONTESI Design-Production Company was founded in 2000, bringing together people with daring ideas and unique experience, which they had accumulated prior to the company’s actual formation. CONTESI is the result of creative thinking and cooperation between dedicate, and committed people, those who wished to concretize explicit projects through “handmade” ideas, or shape their hard-to-imagine desires into definite forms.Design and company structures, working in tandem, enable us not only to elaborate, but also to implement the most daring design ideas. CONTESI works on a wide range of interior items, starting from chess figures to furniture compositions, and executes them in a unique style, with one stroke of the pen… Our collections are very diverse, as are the many possibilities for their actual use. CONTESI works in four directions, or four “item worlds”, which have incorporated minimalistic art forms, reflected in the unity of the original design and its functionality.
